Drive Nation Sports Complex is a state-of-art indoor multi-sport, training, and events facility that will make a positive impact on the local community and surrounding area. This multi-faceted project, located near the entrance to the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) airport, will feature proven services, pre-existing programs, and established management practices in conjunction with state-of-the-art sports spaces, cutting edge and innovative training elements, and adventure amenities all aimed at providing a one-of-a-kind experience in a unique facility tailored to the needs of local and regional athletes. The operating plan will ensure long-term sustainability and in turn serve the growing needs of the area’s sports and recreation participants. The development will be financed through a combination of owner equity, bank financing, and investor contributions.

Our Mission

Founded in 2016 in Dallas, Texas, by former NBA Forward-Center Jermaine O’Neal, Drive Nation Sports is a grassroots youth sports organization where development, technology and sports meet. As the owner and operator of this sports facility, O’Neal, along with a group of the best handpicked trainers, provide cutting edge training to each and every participant that attends our sessions. All of our trainers have trained players at the high school, college, and pro level, which gives them the unique ability to provide guidance to the most advanced athlete or someone just starting off. “We want to be, without a doubt, the most dominant force [in youth sports] Texas has ever seen,” O’Neal says in Southlake Style Magazine.

Drive Nation’s Basketball Skills Academy provides a mix of sport skills, agility, and mental development. We train and develop in an aggressive and fun way that demands attention to detail. We create a mentality of hard work that translates on and off the court. We are excited to bring a new vision, new challenge, new work ethic, and new focus to the Dallas-Fort Worth area that is proven and most importantly works!

A former NBA All-Star, Jermaine O’Neal has 22 years of basketball experience with 18 of those as a professional. He’s also just as committed and successful off the court in the communities which has spearheaded the idea of developing the Drive Nation Brand. “I understand the importance of development mentally, emotionally, and physically on and off the court to become the very best that you can possibly be.
